What Was Required and Completed

The residential estate in Centurion previously relied only on the City of Tshwane municipal bulk water meter. The individual homes were not separately metered, which made it difficult to monitor and manage each unit’s water consumption. EDM Solutions performed a full site inspection and prepared an installation plan for 20 prepaid water meters across the estate. The meters were installed and connected to the property’s water distribution system. Each installation was tested to confirm correct water flow and meter operation. The meters were then registered and verified before the completed work was formally handed over. The property is managed by Trafalgar Property Management.
