A burnt distribution board installed inside the house was removed and replaced with a new DB installed outside. A dedicated feeder was also added for an additional rental unit, with the power connection extended to the next distribution board.

Work Overview

What Was Required and Completed

The existing distribution board had burnt while installed inside the main house and could no longer be safely used. EDM Solutions removed the damaged indoor DB and installed a new distribution board outside the house in a more accessible position. The electrical supply and existing circuits were transferred to the new DB. A separate feeder connection was then added to supply an additional rental unit, and the power cable was extended from the new main DB to the next distribution board serving the rental section.
